Delaware’s Handgun Qualified Purchaser Permit requires an approved course with live-fire on a range (minimum 100 rounds), plus instruction in safety, secure storage, Delaware and federal law including use of force, conflict avoidance, and suicide prevention. TSS delivers the full requirement under one roof in one day, taught by Delaware-approved and certified instructors. This course is designed to satisfy the training component for the permit taking effect in November 2025.
