What’s Included in a Private Lesson
Private lessons are booked in 1-hour increments and focus on direct, personalized instruction. Lessons are conducted in a private setting at our indoor range in Avondale, PA.
- Work with your own firearm (must be unloaded and cased prior to the lesson), or use one of ours at no extra charge
- Targets are provided
- Ammunition is available for purchase onsite
- Lessons are booked in advance
- Flexible scheduling available
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a refund or to reschedule. Notices must be sent via email to your assigned instructor.

Grover Linaweaver
Training Director / Certified Instructor
Grover has over 30 years of distinguished law enforcement experience. His expertise ranges from basic firearm safety to advanced tactical training. This depth of knowledge ensures a professional and disciplined approach to all aspects of training.
Craig Doughty
Range Manager / Certified Instructor
Craig is a retired federal law enforcement supervisor with two decades of experience. He is a licensed law enforcement and civilian firearms instructor in numerous states. He is a leader, instructional expert, and actively participated in emergency response teams.
