Transfers at TSS
Want to avoid a $65 transfer fee?
TSS offers Special Orders — let us source the firearm for you directly and skip the extra fees.

Dealer-to-Dealer Transfer
Fee: $65 per firearm
Who it's for: Pennsylvania residents only
How it works:
The sending dealer must email warehouse@tssretail.com to request our FFL.
Once received, a TSS associate will contact you. Bring a valid PA driver’s license or government-issued photo ID to complete paperwork and background check.
If denied: You are still responsible for the $65 transfer fee and return shipping.
NFA Transfers (Silencer, SBS, SBR)
Fee: $200
No fee if processed through Silencer Shop
How it works:
We handle NFA transfers for PA residents. If you use Silencer Shop, fees are paid directly to them and TSS does not charge you.
Once your ATF tax stamp is approved, wait for an email from warehouse@tssretail.com before coming in to complete final paperwork and pick up your item.
