ENTRY LEVEL COURSES
NATIONAL SHOOTING SPORTS FOUNDATION (NSSF) 1ST SHOTS
This class is geared towards the individual that has little to no experience with shooting a handgun. We will provide you with a 22lr semi-automatic pistol, ear and eye protection, 22lr ammo and targets. This class is less focused on accuracy and more focused on developing safe habits and confidence when shooting at our range or any other time.
Course Overview:
• Basics of pistol shooting: grip, stance, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control
• Safe and responsible firearm handling
• 1-on-1 Instruction
Maximum 14 students per class.

WOMEN’S ONLY NSSF 1ST SHOTS (PISTOL)

INTRODUCTION TO AR-15 SPORTING RIFLE
This 4-hour course will welcome you into the world of the AR-15’s. Whether you have just purchased one or are looking to acquire more knowledge about your current AR-15, this class will be able to help. You will come out of this class with a much better understanding of your AR-15.
Course Overview:
• Different variants of AR platforms
• Parts & terminology
• Disassembly & reassembly
• Zero your iron sights or optics with live fire exercise
Requirements:
• Students may bring any AR-15 style rifle or pistol in any caliber from .22LR, 5.56mm, .300 Blackout, 7.62×39, 9mm, .40S&W, or any other
• If you don’t have a rifle, you can rent one at our range counter
• Minimum of 60 rounds
• Must have eye and ear protection
Maximum 10 students per class.

INTRO TO SHOTGUN
Course Overview:
• Ammunition selection
• Disassembly
• Presentation
• Manipulation
• Basic marksmanship
Requirements:
• A pump action or semi-automatic shotgun with an 18” – 21” smooth bore barrel chambered in 12 or 20 gauge
• Must be able to fully operate all features of the shotgun used for training
• Must be capable of moderate exercise, lifting, bending, and kneeling
• At least 50 rounds of 00 buckshot for your shotgun
Must have eye and ear protection (Due to COVID-19 we will not be renting eye and ear protection)

PISTOL CLEANING
Being a responsible gun owner includes keeping your pistol clean, maintained and away from unauthorized persons. Learn the basic cleaning techniques and safe keeping of your pistol. Students will be taught how to disassemble and clean their personal pistol. Bring the owner’s manual for your individual pistol. Cleaning kits will be available for purchase or bring your own. We will also discuss and demonstrate various safety locking devices and safes for your pistol.
DO NOT BRING ANY LIVE AMMUNITION.
All firearms will be inspected prior to entering the classroom.
What to Bring:
• Pistol(s) / Owner’s Manual(s)
• Cleaning items and tools (We will have cleaning kits for sale at our store)
• Cleaning rag (microfiber is recommended). *Paper towels will be provided if needed.

Classes are subject to be postponed and rescheduled if a minimum number of students is not met. Please email training@tssretail.com with any questions. All students must have a valid form of identification (picture ID) to participate on the range.
Cancellation Policy: Students must contact Director of Training by calling 610-910-0114 no later than 3 days before the class is scheduled in order to receive a full refund. All requests for a refund made 3 days before the scheduled class will either receive store credit for the amount of the class or will be enrolled into the next available class. If on the day of the class you are a "no call no show" you will not receive store credit nor will you be enrolled into the next available class.
